Registration Fee - $50 (includes camp supplies, camp shirt, activities)
Full Day Camp - $225/wk
9:00am – 3:00pm
Half Day Camp - $125/wk
9:00am-12:00pm (Morning)
12:00pm-3:00pm (Afternoon)
Extended Care
Early Drop Off 8:00am- 8:30am - $40/wk
After Care 3:00pm-5:00pm - $80/wk
Full Extended Care 8:00am- 5:00pm - $100/wk

JDC Summer Infused Camp Policies
Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is encouraged so campers can fully participate in classes, activities, rehearsals, and weekly experiences. If your child will be absent or late, please notify the camp staff as soon as possible. No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be provided for missed camp days.
Drop Off & Pick Up Policy
Drop Off

Early Drop Off: 8:00am – 8:30am (registered campers only)

Regular Drop Off: 8:30am – 9:00am

Camp activities begin promptly at 9:00am.
Parents/guardians must walk younger campers inside for check-in

Pick Up
-
Regular Pick Up: 3:00pm
-
After Care Pick Up: no later than 5:00pm
Only authorized individuals listed on the registration form may pick up campers. Photo ID may be required.
Late Pick Up
A late fee of $1 per minute may be charged for campers picked up after their scheduled pick-up time. Repeated late pick-ups may result in removal from aftercare privileges or camp enrollment.
Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Weekly camp payments are non-refundable once the camp week has started.

Refunds or credits will not be given for absences, missed days, vacations, or dismissal due to behavior.

Camp balances must be paid in full prior to attendance unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Illness Policy
For the safety of all campers and staff, children should remain home if they have:

Fever
-
Vomiting or diarrhea
-
Contagious illness
-
Severe cough or flu-like symptoms
-
Any condition that prevents participation safely
If a camper becomes ill during camp, parents/guardians will be contacted for immediate pick-up.
Behavior Expectations
Campers are expected to:

Show respect to staff, instructors, and fellow campers
-
Participate positively in activities
-
Use appropriate language and behavior
-
Follow safety instructions at all times
-
Keep hands, feet, and objects to themselves
Bullying, aggressive behavior, inappropriate language, repeated disruption, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated. JDC reserves the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior negatively impacts the safety or experience of others.

Campers should bring:

Dress Code
Campers should wear:

Comfortable activewear or dancewear

Athletic shoes or dance shoes

Clothing appropriate for movement and physical activity

No inappropriate graphics, unsafe footwear, or overly restrictive clothing allowed.

Hair should be secured away from the face during dance classes and activities.
Electronics & Phone Policy

Phones and electronics should remain put away during camp activities unless permission is given by staff.

JDC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged electronics.

Excessive phone use, recording others without permission, or inappropriate use of devices may result in temporary confiscation until pick-up time.

Campers are encouraged to fully participate, socialize, and engage in activities throughout the day.
