Attendance Policy

Regular attendance is encouraged so campers can fully participate in classes, activities, rehearsals, and weekly experiences. If your child will be absent or late, please notify the camp staff as soon as possible. No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be provided for missed camp days.

Drop Off

• Early Drop Off: 8:00am – 8:30am (registered campers only)

• Regular Drop Off: 8:30am – 9:00am

• Camp activities begin promptly at 9:00am.

Parents/guardians must walk younger campers inside for check-in

Pick Up

• Regular Pick Up: 3:00pm

• After Care Pick Up: no later than 5:00pm

Only authorized individuals listed on the registration form may pick up campers. Photo ID may be required.

Late Pick Up

A late fee of $1 per minute may be charged for campers picked up after their scheduled pick-up time. Repeated late pick-ups may result in removal from aftercare privileges or camp enrollment.

• Registration fees are non-refundable.

• Weekly camp payments are non-refundable once the camp week has started.

• Refunds or credits will not be given for absences, missed days, vacations, or dismissal due to behavior.

• Camp balances must be paid in full prior to attendance unless prior arrangements have been approved.

Illness Policy

For the safety of all campers and staff, children should remain home if they have:

• Fever

• Vomiting or diarrhea

• Contagious illness

• Severe cough or flu-like symptoms

• Any condition that prevents participation safely

If a camper becomes ill during camp, parents/guardians will be contacted for immediate pick-up.
